In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context requires otherwise:

Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification. nnn77 reserves the right to request supporting documentation before processing any withdrawal. • Bonus funds are credited to a separate bonus balance and cannot be withdrawn until the applicable wagering requirements have been fully satisfied.
• nnn77 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Players who are found to have abused bonus offers — including through the use of multiple accounts, collusion, or systematic exploitation of promotional terms — may have their bonuses forfeited and their accounts suspended.

If the dispute cannot be resolved informally within thirty (30) days, it shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.

For matters falling within the regulatory jurisdiction of PAGCOR, the applicable PAGCOR dispute resolution procedures shall apply.
